I think you need to be more specific. What figure does someone claim to have? There were numerous posted. I'm guessing you're referring to the Diego figure. EDIT: Looking at the Mexican Mattel catalog, the link appears to have updated to a newer version. The WWII tank isn't in said catalog any more...
