Got the new Hazmat Crate and the WWII Winter Crate in.

Just got the Crash Site Battle in. All that's left are the weapon crates due for release in November. Warzone Squad obtained, just waiting on the two new crates that haven't released yet and I think I will be caught up again.

I now have the Tactical Infiltration Team and the Battle Royale Air Drop, with the Warzone figure pack en route.

Well they must be available somewhere in the US, because there's plenty of US-based sellers who have them on Ebay. I've literally found three UNSC Combat Unit sets on eBay, two from Canada and one from China. I might be using wrong search terms but searching the set name seems to make sense to me.
