Lately, I have seen people casting custom Active Camo parts, especially weapons. I was wondering how to actually go about doing that. I have a Series 3 AC Elite with a broken arm and a missing sword, and now that I figured out how to fix his arm, I need to make him a new sword. Unfortunately, I am out of AC Energy Swords. So, I was wondering, how do you go about making custom parts out of hot glue.
More importantly, what do I use to make molds and how do I make a mold.
Also, what should I use for sculpting and how do I make a custom sculpt.
I'm getting a bit sick of just kitbashing and painting and want to try my hand at molding/sculpting.
How do you make molds/sculpts?

Someone did a tutorial a while back. Took a bit of searching to dig it up, but I hope this helps.
