I’ve found Infinite blind bags in central Texas Walgreens and Targets. Many other larger sets made it here too

i found three cases of infinite halo heros at a target in tulsa ok. mongoose, warthog, buildable master chief, a ton of pokemon stuff, energysword, every thing but the armor packs...

I managed to get both armor packs from the Walmart website. No in store sightings yet though
