But can the heads be swapped? Because some of the Halo helmets (the Flame Marine comes to mind) can make good alternate Titan helmets.

Yes that's the easyist thing to do. As long as the chest armor doesn't get in the way all the heads are copatable. Well if the Destiny head attachment point is the same size as Halo/CoD then the dog and horse heads should attach. Idk bought the house but the dogs head is really loose on other body's.
