Im having issue with support for missing parts. I got my grandson the Halo Master Chief build for Christmas and it has parts missing. Support does not recognize the Product Code GJH06 for the kit. Im missing 4 of the part#AM79796F. Can anyone help please? Thanks

You might have to call the customer support instead of filing a replacement. When new sets come out, the parts take some time to get implemented into the system. They do this so that people cannot get replacements without needing them, but calling should help.
