Edit: Only CE Master Chief released so far has been the $5 Heroes one. It's not a "highly prized/priced" fig.

Wasn't Cortana in a blind bag series? How about Guilty Spark? You can put Master Chief in a blind bag series, and I'm sure it wouldn't be that big of a deal.
