Um outlands isn't a customiser set, yes it has the removable armor but no extra armor parts it's 8 unsc figs with weapons and 8 Covie figs with weapons and a buildable stand, and some of the armor types are from reach.
IDEAS & SUGGESTIONS: Sets, Characters, Packs etc..

I'm fully aware of the other parts and lack of extra armor in Outlands. However, all of the included spartans do indeed have FULL Reach armor, therefore acting as a customiser of sorts.

Yup, and I'd like to see color variations too. Also, would be cool to see the same sort of set for Elites and eventually the other Covenant species once they get updated to the new body style :)

I think that would be even cooler. Maybe even a pack for each different style of Covenant armour throughout Halo 1-4 and Reach. Same with Spartans. Different colors would be nice as well.

Here are 2 things that I think Mega should make:
-New Articulation Hayabusa Spartan
-Fireteam Majestic set ( Including newly articulated Recon, Pathfinder, and Operator armors)
-New Articulation Hayabusa Spartan

I think you'll find that the Hayabusa is not able to be produced now since the design is Temco's. It only appeared in Halo3 as a nod to Temco for including a spartan in their game.

A Halo 3 related set idea:
Halo 3 Figure Pack
This pack would include Halo 3 armoured Master Chief, Hellspartan EVA, Spartan Rouge in blue, 4 Grunts, 2 EVA, 2 Assault Elites, 3 Brutes, 1 Brute Chieftain, Halo 3 Arbiter. ( Unfortunately I cannot add Hayabusa to this pack idea as I actually would love to, although it is a figure I would definitely love to add to my collection.)
I also would like to see official sets for Rooster Teeth's Red Vs. Blue show.
Example sets would be a figure pack of all of the Freelance Agents from Project Freelancer and a figure pack of the group from Blood Gulch.
