How do I replace parts from blind bags

My copperhead is missing 2 parts and I was wondering how to replace them

No idea I would like to know too, cause I'll basically get 3 extra charlie elites

You can't, I tried to get one to replace my charlie translucent. They said that they can't find out what's in the bags. When I told the person about the codes they just said we can't send you the exact fig. They can only send you another blind bag. I tried to at least get one of those and it never arrived. That's why i treat my blind bag figs with extreme care. If they do break then I don't waste my time trying to get a new fig.

You have to call but be warned the probability of getting the right fig is bad.
