Yep - Gandalf did an odd thing to reach level 4 (I think it goes blue wizard, brown wizard, grey wizard white wizard).

I shall attack the orc from a distance with my wand of magic missiles, for I am a feeble, unarmoured wizard who doesn't like close-quarters combat.

Yeah I think the two blues are technically dead or missing/ cult leaders according to shadow of mordor
