How does the Kubros licensing work? There is a Malcolm Reynolds kit... does that mean Mega Construx could do Firefly figures?

I would LOVE to see some Firefly sets. In exchange for the sets I would do promotional shots for Mega...
I swear by my pretty floral bonnet there are dozens of sets to be made.
I can see a nearly figure scale ship with removable landing struts and an opening cargo bay (with Mal and Zoe) as well as interior sets of sickbay (Simon and River), the bridge (Wash and Mal), engine room (Kaylee), shuttle pod (Inara), dining hall (Shepherd Book) perhaps a bedroom or two, cargo bay (Jayne and a few cows). Jubal Early and his ship (with River in spacesuit).
