I got the same cancellation notice from EE. I suppose this line really is a Walmart exclusive. I wonder if Amazon will end up cancelling this wave as well. I hope the line is doing well. There seems to be buzz about it. In fact, I think it would do well at more retailers, not fewer.

L E G O doesn't currently have the LOTR license. However, they have a good relationship with WB (Batman, Harry Potter), so WB might not license LOTR out to the competition.

Yeah. But I’d like to see them tackle some real world heroes. Police and firemen are perennial main staples of lines like [competitor] and Playmobil. I’d like to see Mega Construx release their own versions of these themes but with the collector styled figures and vehicles.

I'd like to see the ProBuilder line offer up firemen, paramedics, police officers, and astronauts. As well as appropriate vehicles. Astronaut figures already exist for Call of Duty, so why not a space shuttle to go along with them? Police car. Firetruck. Ambulance. They'd all be useful for interacti...

It's all cyclical. When the next Halo game comes out, stores will certainly carry more Halo sets. Pokemon is a newish brand for block toys, so they're getting some attention. There are still a ton of Halo, Call of Duty, and Destiny sets up for preorder on Amazon. Lots of stuff is coming.

Now that the MOTU Stratos and Scareglow were officially revealed, both by test shots here and loose and packaged samples at Power Con last weekend, when will the rest of MCX Heroes wave 5 be revealed?

I'm glad we're getting Stratos alongside Scareglow instead of the rumored Anti-Eternia He-Man. I feel like Stratos' head is a little small or narrow. And I wish his arm wings were longer, or he had wings on his upper arms. Still, glad he's being made.

For the MCX Heroes line, I'd like to see: Star Trek: TNG Lt. Worf (with hand phaser and a Bat'leth sword) Klingon (with Klingon hand phaser and knife) I think pairing Worf and a Klingon makes sense thematically. Plus, the Klingon works as an army builder. I would suggest giving Worf an alternate Geo...

Stores may have just cleared them out, since they were doing aisle resets and a 2nd wave hadn't been solicited yet. So they cleared out the DCPI. A theoretical 2nd wave could still be carried by Target.

Scareglow is certainly an off-the-wall choice so early in this line. Rumor has it that Anti-Eternia He-Man is also in this wave. Whie an interesting He-Man variant, I think AE He-Man should be something further down the line. So many other characters should take precedence over him.
