Still in the box

Postby mKlRivPwner » Sat Feb 11, 2017 8:15 pm

So just out of curiosity, how many people have kept their Kubros in the box? Is there any perception of collectors value? Or is the market too saturated with chibi figurines and characatured statuettes that there is no speculative value?
My Master Chief is still miraculously in the box. In part because I took it to work and I like my job and don't want to get fired, so I don't play with it.
I have a few chibi vinyl figures at work, too. In the box, because I've seen these rise and fail in value to ridiculous prices. And because they are statuettes, not buildable sets. A lot less play-with-me ability.
Just a curious question.

Hmmmmm... I see your point. You don't want to take it out of the box for collector reasons. Know that I think of it, I wouldn't want to take mine out of the box. I would buy 2 for collectors reasons and for display.

I don't have the willpower to keep mine in the packaging.

Nope, I opened it as soon as I receive one ;)
