About the project
Le Phare de Québec (English: The Lighthouse of Quebec) is a proposed complex located on Laurier boulevard in Sainte-Foy–Sillery–Cap-Rouge, a borough of Quebec City. The complex consists of 4 towers, the main tower at 250m and 65 floors, which would become the tallest building east of Toronto, a second tower at a height of 180 meters, and two smaller buildings. The total area will be more than 2 million t consisting of office, commercial, residential, hotel space, and 750-seat multimedia concert hall. The proposed site is 270,000 sq. feet and former location of Hotel Governors, which was demolished in 2013.
