A custom vault dweller I made using a spare Dr. Halsey. The suit's number is 21. Hope you guys like it! Also, sorry if some of the paint looks funny, it difficult for me to get details right.

Needs more GARY GARY, GARRRRRRYY! Nice custom. I still like FO3 better than New Vegas, however.
