World of MEGA – Here’s what you missed at NYTF 2020

New York Toy Fair is always a blast, and this year’s show has been our best yet! New York Toy Fair is always a blast, and this year’s show has been our best yet!

If you weren’t one of the lucky ones to stop by the Mega booth, we’re here to share the extraordinary, custom-made dioramas we built special for this year’s event.

World of Halo

To give fans a taste of what’s coming in our Fall 2020 Halo line, we put together a model of epic proportions: two of our talented builders took two weeks to create this beautiful battleground, using a total of 15,500 bricks. Fans raved about the new models of the Warthog, Pelican, and Mongoose, but what also got people talking were the featured rebuilds for each of these vehicles. Is that a… boat?!

This is only a fraction of what we have coming for Halo this year. Over the next few weeks, Kevin_MCX will be giving you a closer look at some of the figures featured in the line. And later this year, we’ll have more vehicles to unveil.

World of Game of Thrones

The Game of Thrones display showcased the upcoming Targaryen Ship, the Battle at Winterfell and Castle Black. And perched atop the display was the Ice Dragon, Viserion, battling Jon Snow.

World of Pokémon

The star of our Pokémon display was definitely the super cute Jumbo Eevee. But you’ll be able to catch more characters when our new sets drop. Keep an eye on our social channels for more news in the coming months.

Let’s Build Bridges Together!

Behind the displays was a wall of our figures featuring characters from different franchises. We featured figures from past seasons as well as new ones, like the Alien Queen, which will drop this Fall.

And finally, to celebrate people coming together to build amazing things, we invited everyone to help us build a symbolic bridge. Our builders got it started with 18,400 bricks and visitors could contribute by signing their names on the extra bricks to complete the sculpture.

Thanks to everyone who participated. We hope to see you next year!

Is there going to be any call of duty sets other than just the figure sets. I would like to see some call of duty vehicles this year.

That bridge is really neat. Nice job as usual, Mega!

Were there any other new figures on that wall? I haven’t been able to spot any, but I have seen clear pictures of the whole thing.
