Smaller than expected. It was a fun build although I was missing a crucial piece in the box. It also had a few extras. Whomever packaged mine up wasn't on their game that day I suppose. I did request a replacement. Everyone loves Snorlax and he makes me smile when I see him. People always comment on him when they see him as well. Would definitely recommend!
