As a self-described collector’s collector with Otaku tendencies, Nic boasts a massive collection of action figures, statues, model kits and even plushies! But as the lead toy designer on Project Cybertruck, we had to constantly remind him less plush, more “rush!” With MEGA for more than eight years now, Nic’s right at home on our Collectors Team, specifically when he gets to work on large-scale builds like this one. In fact, he geeked at the chance to build a huge model where he could add as many details as he wanted – and this Cybertruck packs a ton-neau. Better yet, for all you fans of Easter eggs, Nic wants you to take a look at the Cybertruck’s rearview mirror; he promises it’s anything but “Boring.” To recreate the vehicle’s iconic lines, Nic had to get creative and break up the panels to replicate the actual truck. It was a challenge to say that least, but Nic – like the Cybertruck – has got sharp angles and sharper ideas.
