ShlubCustoms I was talking about Fal 'Chavamee who was a Sangheili of the Covenant Empire who served as an Arbiter four centuries before the Human-Covenant war. Before Fal's actions, the rank of Arbiter was considered to be one of great standing and appurtenance. Fal's heresy led the Prophets to declare that the rank of Arbiter would thenceforth be one without honor, given to those who could be useful to them as a last chance to regain their lost honor before death. Thus, it became a symbol of martyrdom and suicidal devotion to the Covenant cause, unlike Fal. That is why in halo 2 anniversary in the terminals that's who they talk about for it gave the prophets a way of getting rid of political rivals in the elite high council. You should check out his story as it sets up Thel's story of ending the Human Covenant war.

I was actually going for a MCX version of the McFarlane Halo Wars Ripa 'Moramee figure, just with the colors slightly modified to allow for some cool blacklight effects. Actually, I didn't even know that Ripa 'Moramee appeared outside of Halo Wars. I don't really care modern style story heavy cartoons with the exception of Dave Filoni's Clone Wars. That show's later seasons were a masterpiece. And I have always really disliked anime. I'm much more of a Tom and Jerry, Tex Avery's Droopy, and the Hanna Barbera lineup (like Yogi Bear, Huckleberry Hound, Quick Draw McGraw, etc.) kind of guy because I grew up watching those shows. Actually, fun fact, Glibglub and Jerry are actually a homage to Tom and Jerry, and I originally wanted the ODST to be named Glibglub (partly for the joke about the backwards names, but partly so that the smaller character could be named Jerry).

Yup @ShlubCustoms your fig looks more like the Arbiter who changed what it meant to be an arbiter. Halo legends was great and I wish mega would make more sets based on the series
